Adam @ We approve is the person i spoke to. Firstly be aware of this company they sent me a text and the text read as " Hi Zara Rouhan I can accept you for a loan with no credit checks call me now on 08000728982 same day pay out possible". i called the number i got through to Adam he said we will do the basic check and he asked me few question asked me for long number of my card. i asked him why does he need that he said well to verify if you have a valid UK bank account, i said why long number why not sort code or account number he said we can only verify with card number and to not give him the security number at the back, and later came back saying that he has good news for me and they have approved my 10k loan application and i will receive a letter next day which i received three days later and i had to make several calls to get a one single paper asking me to contact Post office loans. the letter clearly reads that We Approve don't have a working relationship with the lender and they haven't passed them my information. What is the broker fee for? just giving me a name of a Lender. Ridiculous!! i called back luckily i got through to Adam and i told him its ridiculous how they can take money for recommending name of a lender and on what basis did they assure me that my application was accepted. Adam said that we have direct access to Lenders criteria list. All he asked me for is my Loan amount, my current and previous address, purpose of the loan, whether i have any CCjs, bankrutpcy and mispayment, and i dont have any of those. such generic questions. based on that he assured me that the i will have to fill in a simple application with lender and the money will be pay out and kept saying u will definitely get the loan 100%. nothing happened and i am asked to send a written request for a refund..Total SCAM!!!!

This company clearly gauranteed a loan for £5500 over the phone and stated that paperwork would be with me in 2 days. this was all re confirmed before payment was made. 4 days later a piece of paper arrived advising me to contact another company for a loan of £3000 I called we approve back and they denied this and claimed something totally different. I also requested my payment back they stated that i need to write in, i offered to send by fax/email straight away they claimed not to have a fax. An email was not acceptable as it is not in writing. Yet another scam company i feel.

john, south wales iv been scammed too. they took 76.77 from my account. whats most baffling is how they obtained my details because iv never heard from them before. im assuming that a different party gave them my details when i applied for a loan. anywaw iv left it in the hands of halifax fraud department and am now hoping they sort it out
